OOH!!! hahahhahahaaaahhhzzz.... kk... the down payment is down yesterday... the option form is signed ler...hahahazzz... everything is alr confirm...bt dad change floor liao...nt 7th bt 10th ... 30 thousand more... bt tats nt i choses wan ...my dad wan tat... dad ask mi thjis morning ... why did he buy thta condo ??? he find himself funny man...y would he buy a condo that is more expensive than a 3 storeys terrace... sayin it in a bad way ..he finds him self stupid...he say that i made him blur...sort of like castingk a spell on himmaking him buy man ...hahahazzz...

I am happy!!! maybe nt juz happy ...bt very very very happy...jubilant! i should say... a few more hours to go..thinking of it ...makes me feel nervous...hahazzz... can even feel the cramp in the stomach when i am typing nw...Ahahahahahsss...aft 4 more hrs... the down payment is paid... and that is mine ( sort of)... hahazzzz... that sounds so evil...wish that my dad does nt change his mind... its damn nice...bt even if the downpayment is paid...if anything goes wrong(CHOY!!!)... I still cannot get it man... when my dad drive mi there the show room... i truthfully nvr thought that he would buy him man...cuz he always bring mi there and nvr buy it... i saw the show room... the 4 rooms one ... it was so nice... there are sort of like two master bed rooms...one bigger that another... bt both with toilets...hahaha...nvr saw such a big condo b4... when my dad ask 4 the price...i heard it tooo...n i thought my dad would nt buy it as it is more expensive thn a terrace hse(1.4++ million)...he would say that buying this hse he will rather buy a terrace ... so the agent continuse to show us aroung the hse and went to look at the model...thn the agent tell my dad the storeys left ... thn suddenly...or rather ... unexpectedly... my dad turn to ask mi if i wan the 4 room wan or the 3 room wan..Greedily... i ask 4 the four room wan... thinking that he is kidding with mi... thn he ask mi which floor i wan ... i was totaly shock... i nvr believe that he will ask mi man...bt in the end i chose seven floor as he stronly recomend that the 7 floor can c the swimming pool when sitting dwn...which means the view will be veri nice... i luv it ... ya... if nthing goes wrong ...in 2 yrs time ... i will be there... living there... n by that time i will b sec 4 ... shld i say the condo...shld nt...till the dwnpayment is paid...hahazzz...
anyway is a two word condo... the first letters of the two words is k n r ..hahahz... so retarded ...K.R.
